Manchester City’s forward player, Erling Haaland has spoken about what he is looking forward to ahead of his first Manchester Derby.
Haaland was speaking in an interview which was reported on the official Twitter account of ( @CityXtra). The Norwegian said he is looking forward to his first Manchester Derby and the atmosphere at the Etihad Stadium, he hopes that everyone at Manchester City is ready for the game.
I am looking forward to my first Manchester derby. It’ll be fun. I’m looking forward to them visiting us at our stadium. I’m hoping everyone at Manchester City is ready for the game and attacks it at the same time. I’m looking forward to it.
He also spoke about the competition he expects to get from Lisandro Martinez and Raphael Varane. According to him, he has not thought of the competition that he will get when the players take on the pitch.
I have not really thought too much about it. I am hoping we can play our best football. If so, I think it could be a lovely evening.
Haaland has been in fantastic form since he joined Manchester City from Borussia Dortmund finding the back of the net 14 times in 10 games.
