The board of Paris Saint-Germain have reacted to the rumour linking Kylian Mbappe out of the club.
The advisor of the club, Luis Filipe who was speaking at an interview denied the crisis that has been making the media, according to reports from Get French Football. He confirmed the news before the club’s UEFA Champions League game against Benfica at the Parc de Prince.
I am very surprised because I spend all my days with Kylian Mbappé, and he never once asked me or the president to leave in January. We have to be very clear that this isn’t a declaration. It is news that has come out a few hours before a very important match against Benfica. As for me, I have a three year contract at PSG and I am very happy to be here, in this place and I work everyday so that I can fulfil my ambitions at the end of my contract
Reports were coming from France confirmed that Mbappe asked the club that he wants to leave during the January transfer window. It was reported that he felt betrayed by the President of the club, Nasser Al-Khelaifi and the Qatari ownership, as well as Antero Henrique, who was brought back into the fold this summer to manage the club’s transfer negotiations
